Working under the noise constraints of London's Woolgate Exchange, This 11 week project involved the shell fit out of a disused basement, and its subsequent conversion into a high quality restaurant. As well as a full interior fit-out including wall panelling, flooring, fixed seating, W.C’s and kitchen installation, we also undertook a complicated staircase installation, and the installation of a disabled lift and pumped foul drainage system.

This scheme has been recommended for the Restaurant and Bar Design Awards, and is one of three recent KLC restaurant refurbishment projects designed and project managed by Pennington Robson, who said:
